| Comprehensive clinical skills checklist, reviewed by an Optimal clinical manager. |
| Complete documentation of TB testing, immunizations and titers. |
| Annual Joint Commission testing and documentation. |
| Certification in areas relevant to the area of practice, such as BLS, ACLS, PALS, NALS, NRP, TNCC, ENPC, etc. |

Before submitting any Optimal employee for an assignment, our clinical managers carefully compare the requirements of the assignment to the skill set of the Optimal employee under consideration. Once the assignment is under way, our clinical managers work with both our healthcare professionals and our client facilities to assure the best possible outcome, and our office staff is responsive to providing information and meeting the overall needs of our client facilities.
