To apply for a position with Optimal Staffing Solutions, either:

Once we hear from you, we'll arrange for you to interview with an Optimal manager in your area. You'll need to provide current copies of the following items for your file:

License/Credentials
|
|
TB test
|
|
Hepatitis B status
|
|
BLS (and ACLS if applicable) - front and back of card or certificate
|
|
Driver's license
|
|
Social Security Card
|
|
Resume
|
|
2 professional letters of reference (Optimal can supply forms if necessary)
|
|
MMR
|
|
Physical or physician's statement of fitness to work
|

When you meet with the Optimal manager, you'll supply the information listed above. You'll also complete
a brief application form, an exam in your area of practice, and a few other forms. You'll also have a
picture taken for an Optimal identification badge. That's it!
The Optimal manager is an important person in this process. This is a person who is active in the profession,
like you, and who serves as Optimal's liaison to our client hospitals.
We consistently have both contract and per diem positions available. Once you apply and are accepted by Optimal,
you're under no obligation. We contact you on a regular basis regarding available assignments; you choose which ones
to accept.
